Yossi is an Israeli author and a lecturer of Philosophy at Israeli academic institutions. Yossi received exclusive literature prizes, his books are being taught at universities in Israel, and were translated to several languages. His last book Benghazi – Bergen-Belzen tells the story of the unspoken holocaust of the Oriental Jews. Yossi received the most respected literature prizes in Israel for publishing this book, such as: The Brenner prize for Hebrew Literature, Prime Minister Prize for Hebrew Literature and the Washington-Israel Institute Prize. This book was also chosen by the Ministry of Education to be part of the holocaust studies at high schools in Israel.
Yossi teaches philosophy in academic institutions focusing on the Continental Philosophy of the 19th and 20th centuries . Yossi is always highly ranked for his teaching skills among his students.
