Haim Lipa, formerly a senior naval officer, earned three academic degrees from the University of Haifa in public administration with specializations in organizational management and advanced systems management. He also holds a degree in national security from the College of National Security and has amassed training and certification in dozens of courses, dedicated to specialization in the fields of management, innovation, initiative, leadership, and brain research.

Lipa produced and developed the human GPS model aimed at upgrading the power of the human mind, in its infinite potential. He is an expert in management training for decision making processes in conditions of uncertainty. Using the unique models that he developed, he has accompanied many companies and organizations as a consultant in the processes of continuous adaptation and improvement. He is an expert in managing decision-making processes under conditions of uncertainty. He instructs, qualifies and trains executives, employees, and students at all levels in the skills, abilities and expertise demanded by the world of professional employment in the twenty-first century.
